The Dave Abair Band

Dave Abair   Since leaving Vermont in 2001 and The Abair Brothers Band ,  Dave has been entertaining on cruise ships and 4-star resorts.  Dave still occasionally plays with his brother in The Phil Abair Band.  Some notable  artists/bands that Dave has worked with are: The Adams Spoonfeather, The Fraank Band, Uncle Sam, The New Generation, Kip Meaker, Dug Nap, Dan Archer, Oxo, Martin Guigui, Chad and Jeff, Dan Parks, and Marc Brisson.  Dave has entertained the troops overseas with Long Distance,  and he's worked on projects produced by  Bob C. Benberg  (Supertramp)  and Jerry Harison  (Taking Heads).  Dave's also worked with Howie Mandell, The Drifters, The Marvalettes, and he's warmed up Sea LevelJames CottonJames Montgumory, The Flying Buritto Brothers, The Outlaws and The Supremes.  In his band he multi-tasks on lead-vocals, lead-guitar and keyboards.
Darrell Papazoni of "Darrell Music Store" fame was one of the founding members of The Adams and Eve which later became the legendary Adams.  Darrell has played behind such notable artists as The Coasters  and The Shangrilas.  He's warmed up acts like The Supremes and Brenda Lee.  He contributes his trademark vintage guitar sound and lead/backup vocals to The Dave Abair Band
Eddy Blair  started playing drums at age 6. He was doing shows with country music legend Doc Williams at age 8, and continued playing with Doc  for over a decade. Eddy also appeared on the Wheeling WV  at the Grand Ole Opry with Doc on two occasions.  Through the '80's and '90's,  he played with such notable bands as Shattered, Little Wing, Champlain, and The Imposters. Currently, he plays with Darrell and Gary in the Adams.  An accomplished drummer and stage performer, he also adds his strong lead vocals to The Dave Abair Band
Gary Ellis   started playing bass in 1970 with the country band The Highway Men. After a couple of years he met Darrell and formed Burlington's legendary band the Adams. He has toured with The Coasters and has done shows with The Shangrilas, Brenda Lee  and The Supremes.  Gary's rock-solid, no frills, bass playing is the bedrock of The Dave Abair Band, and he fills out the low-end on vocals as well.
